The position reports directly to the General Director and plays a strategic role in developing the client portfolio and delivering customized technical solutions.

Main Responsibilities
- Identifying client needs and configuring technical solutions (especially in LED and related technologies)
- Market and competition analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Active prospecting and acquisition of new clients
- Participation in client meetings and on-site assessments (individually or with technical teams)
- Preparation of offers and contract negotiation
- End-to-end project management: delivery, implementation, deadlines, and quality standards
- Management of commercial and project documentation
- Updating interactions in 1C and CRM systems (Bitrix24)
- Client database administration
- Achievement and overachievement of monthly sales targets
- Coordination between clients and internal departments
- Participation in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events
- Building long-term client relationships
Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales / client relations
- Technical secondary or higher education (advantage)
- Ability to understand and present technical solutions
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Commercial mindset and results orientation
- Experience in closing commercial deals
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Adaptability, autonomy, and initiative
- Financial motivation and goal orientation
- Proficiency in 1C, MS Excel, Bitrix24 CRM
- Languages: Romanian and Russian – fluent
