Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager to develop our B2B and B2C customer portfolio in the territory.

You will be the perfect candidate if:

• You have a higher education.
• Your work experience has developed strong communication and persuasive sales skills in B2B and B2C.
• You understand the sales process and know how to achieve the desired results from clients.
• You have worked with CRM, 1C, or other similar software.
• You have digital skills to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to create presentations and offers for clients, as well as report activities and results to management.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and contacting potential clients, tracking and monitoring existing ones, with the goal of promoting and selling products in the territory according to KPIs.
• Presenting and recommending technical solutions in the thermo-hydro field (heating installations, domestic hot water, renewable energy, etc.).
• Preparing commercial offers and negotiating prices. Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, keeping constant contact to address any questions or requests.
• Expanding the client database in 1C.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on activities and achieved results.

• From the second month: 10,000 MDL net guaranteed + KPIs, meaning you can earn at least 20,000 - 30,000 MDL net officially on your bank card.
