Role & Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will play a critical part in aligning financial processes with business objectives and supporting strategic decision-making:

1. Lead and coordinate the accounting team (4–5 members), ensuring timely and accurate task delivery
2. Monitor and optimize cash flow to ensure efficient resource management
3. Manage contractual relationships with partners and oversee revenue tracking
4. Administer fixed assets accounting (registration, annual inventory, involvement in preservation/de-preservation processes)
5. Prepare and present periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
6. Strengthen internal control systems and risk anagement practices
7. Coordinate financial audit processes and liaise with auditors
8. Ensure tax compliance and manage relationships with authorities
9. Provide financial advisory support to management for decision-making
10. Oversee the accuracy and compliance of accounting records

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a professional combining solid technical expertise with leadership competencies:

1. Higher education in Economics / Finance
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
3. Advanced financial analysis and strategic thinking skills
4. Proven experience in organizing and controlling accounting processes
5. Strong knowledge of internal controls and risk management
6. Leadership capabilities and ability to develop a team
7. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
8. High level of autonomy, adaptability, and solution-oriented mindset
9. Strong attention to detail, integrity, and professional rigor
10. Language skills: Romanian (basic level), Russian – mandatory
11. Experience with 1C 8.3
